Position: Sound Engineer/Studio Manager
Details: My main duties are, audio & MIDI editing, sound replacement, vocal pitch & time correction, recording, mixing, and mastering audio CDs of contrasting styles and genres for use in a variety of venues and listening demographics. I also create backing tracks for performance, produce music for video and new media, and engineer and produce audio books. As Studio Manager my role includes organizing recording schedules with musicians/vocalists, liaising with composers and arrangers, studio design, maintenance of equipment and equipment selection and purchasing, compiling session notes and assuming responsibility for adhering to strict deadlines. Other duties include: DVD authoring, creative marketing, publishing, E-commerce, accounts, database handling, customer service, liaising with manufacturers, and CD inlay & on-body art & design.

Alongside my current position as Sound Engineer/Studio Manager, I have worked with different artists on songwriting collaborations in different genres. I have completed various freelance audio production assignments, such as solo artist and full band EP and album production, mastering, and live sound work. I enjoy live performance and have been in several bands with various styles. I currently have songs published with Columbia Publishing Wales and am always working on music related projects.
